TICKET TERMS AND CONDITIONS

If BHB receives instructions from you to purchase tickets to an event on your behalf, BHB will liaise with suppliers and/or ticket agents to source and purchase such tickets. Such purchases will either be made by BHB itself and then re-charged to you or by BHB on your behalf using payment details provided to BHB by you.

If an event is a ‘sold out’ event, it may be necessary to purchase tickets at a premium to their face value. We will notify you of any such premium and obtain your approval prior to purchasing the tickets on your behalf, unless you have instructed us to proceed without the need to obtain such approval.

The purchase of such tickets will be subject to the terms and conditions of the relevant supplier or ticket agent. Such terms and conditions are likely to include terms which state that sales of tickets are final and that no refunds will be issued after the purchase has been made. BHB shall not be able to provide any refund or obtain any refund on your behalf.

If an event for which tickets have been purchased on your behalf is subsequently cancelled for any reason (including by the artist or promoter), BHB will wherever possible work with the supplier and/or ticket agent to seek to obtain a refund of the face value of the relevant tickets. However, reimbursement to you will be limited by, and subject to, the terms and conditions of the supplier and/or ticket agent and you will be reimbursed for the ticket purchase only to the extent and in the amount that the supplier and/or ticket agent actually provides a refund of the ticket price. For the avoidance of doubt, in no event shall BHB provide a refund of the ticket price (or any premium) where the supplier and/or ticket agent does not actually provide a refund of such ticket price.

If you decide to cancel tickets arranged on your behalf by BHB, BHB shall not be under any obligation to seek to arrange refunds of either the price paid for the tickets and any booking fee or the cost of any ancillary expenses involved in purchasing the tickets (including any premium to their face value).
