CORE SERVICES

Core Services: means those core services provided as part of your Membership, including: (i) our global concierge service, hospitality and lifestyle network, including the fulfilment of Requests; (ii) private travel advisory, booking and support; (iii) private transportation and logistics; (iv) procurement of tickets to shows and events; (v) individually designed advisory services; (vi) restaurant recommendations and bookings; (vii) lodging recommendations and bookings; (viii) preferred provider access; (ix) BHB curated insider hotspot lists; (x) bespoke trusted staff and expert referrals; (xi) customizable “tailored to you” experiences; (xii) exclusive access arrangements; and (xiii) private membership club application support; but excluding: (i) Ancillary Services; (ii) corporate membership; (iii) corporate support; (iv) partner services; and (v) group bookings and events for anyone other than you.
